Any work beyond the quoted job will incur additional charges, which will be invoiced based on the agreed-upon variations.

• A35% deposit required before commencement of work. A further 35% progress payment is due prior to Hyper Floor-Resin Polishing stage. The remaining 30% balance is payable upon completion of the works.

• Cancellation of the work prior to 5 days of commencement attracts a 5% cancellation fee.

• Power supply to run the equipment's (Minimum 2 X 10/15-amp and 3 phase /32amp power point on site)

• Additional charges apply hiring generator ($215+GST per day)

• Dust bags to be left onsite or placed into skip bin provide by Client or Builder.

• 12 months warranty on the finished work against blistering of the coating from the invoice date provided that the job has been paid in full terms ONLY.

• The warranty does not apply to any physical damages caused by vandalism, exposure to extreme heat, natural movements which occur cracks and mechanical damages, windstorm, lightning, nails, screws or any extra modifications done by the customer after the completion of work.

• The warranty ceases if any alternate additions or repairs are made to the floor coating initially installed by VIC CONCRETE

• Any imperfections or flaws that develop in the slab over time due to the moisture developed, cracking, rising damp staining of the slab etc.
